OnPatient Portal
Our OnPatient Portal allows for easy communication with your clinicians* and a quick way to see your upcoming appointments, check-in, and pay balances.
If you already have an OnPatient Account, simply download the DrChrono OnPatient Portal app from your App Store or visit the website OnPatient.com and log-in.
If you do not, you will need an OnPatient invite link sent to you from our office. They expire within a week, so please try to use the link as soon as you get it. Once you get the link, you can create an account. You will use the email address and the phone number we have on file at the office, then log-in.
*Messages sent through OnPatient are not checked outside of business hours. Please do not send any urgent messages through this portal and allow up to 48 business hours for a response.
